Upgrades Made To The Train Order System

Be careful of what you ask for.

During the last session the operator questioned why he didn't get copies of the train orders.  So changes have been made to the Train Order System to produce an operator copy of any train orders listed to an active train order station.  Now the operator has NO excuse for not having everything properly aligned and ready for whatever comes!

Changes have also been made to the Train Order System to automate the S-A train order.  So now if the Train Order System is in either Fully Automatic or Semi Automatic mode it will provide options to the dispatcher for automatically creating a meet order.
