Back To Tree Planting

After a 35 day Voyage Of The Vikings on Holland America's Veendam and over a week back home getting caught up I finally got back into the train room.

Two days ago I painted the ground around Flat Top mountain black.  Yesterday I planted some reindeer moss to cover the black paint (shown in the picture below).  Now I need to add the flocking but I don't have any so that will have to wait until a order is placed and received.

Today I started on the forest between Hopkins Spring and Lacey Springs.  I was able to get it installed behind the track as far as Lacey Springs.

To go any further I need some more dead trees to finish an area behind Dry Fork trestle and I will need more live trees to finish the area in front of the track.

To see the current state of this area go to www.easton-and-potomac.com.
