Ground Cover And Bushes

No trees today.  Today was ground cover.

I primarily use Fugate's process for making bushes (and trees).  But I don't have a lot of luck with Fugate's process for reindeer moss bushes.  He says to spay the moss brown.  Apply the flocking and then over spray with hair spray.  I do this and most of the flocking falls off during installation.  So I now install the moss.  The next day I paint it with diluted white glue and apply the flocking.  The third day I vacuum it to remove the loose pieces.  This works pretty well.  For me.

The two pictures below show the end of the second day where the flocking has been applied to the moss that has been painted with diluted white glue.

Today I also used some static grass tuffs that I made over three years ago.  (Never throw anything out!)  They worked great.

The final area was to apply more ground cover to the "clear cut" area.  It probably has at least one more application before it is done.  To see the current state of the "clear cut" area go to www.easton-and-potomac.com.
