Today was the second day of scenery in the Brooke to Thorny Point area and I was able to get done what I needed to prepare the way for the second round of tree planting tomorrow.
Today was applying bushes, ground cover, static grass and some ballast touch up. To see current progress go to www.easton-and-potomac.com.
Tomorrow, after cleaning up the area, I will apply some leaves to the bushes and then plant the forest between the track and the fascia next to Thorny Point. If time permits I will also complete the "clear cut" area.
The picture below shows the beginning of the "clear cut" area. All of these tree trunks have already been cut off close to the ground. Tomorrow I should be able to put in the limb trash and maybe some weeds and that should do it for this area.
