Major Minor Water Pour

Today started out with getting some painting done.  Since it was warm and I needed to seal the signs for Jack's store, I braved the wind and got two coats of dull coat on the signs.  Now I will be able to weather them without the print running.  This will pave the way for me to finish Jack's store.  Once Jack's store is in place in Hood I plan to redo the roads in Hood and finish the scenery up to Hood Brothers Packing.  Then it is on to Hood Brothers Packing.

After that I headed to the layout room and started mixing Envirotext.  I was able to get all of the minor water features poured.  These consist of ditches and ponds.  The only Envirotext water features now left are the rivers; one between White Hall and Flat Top, one between Flat Top and Hood and the one at Thorny Point which looks more like a bay.  These will wait until almost all of the other scenery is complete.

There is one more minor water feature and that is behind the Hopkins Spring water tank.  But that river/stream needs some bottom detail which I hope to start on tomorrow.
