New Rule From The E&P Traffic Department

The E&P traffic department has decided that maintenance of way (MOW) equipment should not be included in the consist of any regular scheduled train, especially with passenger equipment.  Therefore starting today no MOW equipment can be combined with equipment assigned to any regular scheduled train including mixed train #30/31.  This means any movement of the MOW equipment including between White Hall and its storage location in Furnace must be made by an extra designated just for this duty.
