Command Station Reset

After the performance of the last White Hall yard crew (dispatching their engines while they were still moving, multiple times) I decided it would be a good idea to reset the command station to clear out the stack and prevent any Slot Max issues.  So that is what I did and hopefully we will not see the dreaded Slot Max message any time soon.
