Thorny Point Supervisors

Fully believing that with the recent investment by E&P in a new pier and warehouse the railroad would not be inclined to move its operations out of Thorny Point, the Thorny Point Board Of Supervisors have taken this opportunity to press the company on the smoke and cinder pollution issue.  Another registered letter was sent to E&P management giving them six months to respond to their concerns or face stiff fines.
