Thorny Point Meeting

E&P management met with the Thorny Point Board of Supervisors to discuss the smoke and cinder issue at Thorny Point and possible solutions.  E&P management told the supervisors there was nothing that could be done to make the situation better and Thorny Point should be grateful for the railroad and its commerce.  The Board of Supervisors were not impressed and threatened to take action.
