AGEIR Works White Hall

The White Hall night crew (the crew that comes in and sorts the yard and gets it ready for the next morning) was assigned #94 the new AGEIR box cab.  E&P management wanted to see how this new motive power would perform and make sure there were no issues before sending it to Thorny Point where it will be stationed.

The engine performed well and handled ten cars without any issue.  It does has quite a bit of drive train noise but hopefully that will came down with use.  If not it will get pulled down and worked or replaced.

Other than the drive train noise I think #94 is ready for service and will be sent too Thorny Point during the next session.  Right now then plan is for the AM Thorny Point yardmaster to finished up his job by running #33 light from Thorny Point to White Hall and then having the PM Thorny Point yardmaster start his job by running #94 light from White Hall to Thorny Point.

#94 was able to handle 10 cars at a time in White Hall without any problems.

Here #94 is sorting the consists for #110.  The work extra that will be departing White Hall at 6:00 AM for work in Hopkins Spring is already on the departure track.

At the end of the shift #94 was placed out of the way on the CEO's siding where it will remain until the PM Thorny Point yardmaster picks it up for the trip light to Thorny Point.
