Today E&P management took delivery of enough material to build the bulkhead and pier decking at Thorny Point. The remaining material (stringers and pilings) are expected tomorrow. Actual construction is now expected to start mid May.
After several complaints from their customers, E&P management made arrangement to handled all shipments to or from the Easton Steamship Company at Thorny Point through Baltimore. These shipments will be loaded/unloaded at Baltimore and then routed via the Pennsylvania and RF&P to the E&P where they will be handled accordingly.
