Today workers started what will probably be a several week project installing the platform around the Hood station.
As you can see in the picture below the platform has been installed from the mainline to the station and has started down each side of the station. Some pieces requiring cutting and fitting still need to be installed in front of the bay window and next to the track. But progress has been good for a first day.
