Tree Planting!

Below is the setup for planting trees.

The first box (largest) is the primary type of tree.  There are over 150 of these.  The next box is the secondary type of tree and there are 100 of these.  The next two boxes contain special trees that are used for more variety.  There are 50 of each of these.  In front of the three boxes are the pine trees.  And beside the glue bottle are the cedar trees.  At the far end of the table is the awl (laying on the white plate) used to make the holes for the tree trunks and a plate to hold the glue to dip the trunks in.  The drop cloth makes cleaning up the flocking that falls off easier.

To see the results of today's work go to www.easton-and-potomac.com.  I still have some final details such as bushes and cedar trees to complete but these will wait until more trees have been planted.

Tomorrow I hope to continue around the peninsula and towards Hood.
