E&P management notified BPB Creosote today that even though the original agreement called for three tracks servicing BPB Creosote, E&P management felt they could adequately service BPB Creosote with two tracks. Since BPB Creosote had already purchased the land and started construction on the buildings, not to mention signed a contract with the N&W they accepted the new agreement with the E&P.
The picture below shows the new track installed at BPB Creosote in Flat Top. Deliveries to BPB Creosote could start with the 100th session.
