My question is would a train order station ever pass a train order to a foreign road?
For example at Brooke where the E&P crosses the RF&P and the only tower belongs to the RF&P, would it be possible for the E&P to contract the RF&P to dictate and deliver a train order to an E&P crew? Or would this just not have happened?
