New Form 19 process ready

We have been holding operating sessions on the E&P for over seven years and even though there are several operators that still don't know what that strange looking thing pictured below is for I thought it was time to take the next step and have the dispatcher take a larger role during the session.

So I developed a computer supported Form 19 train order process. I did this to help the dispatcher get the orders out quicker while making sure they could be read by the train crews. Pictured below is the equipment for the new Form 19 process all ready and waiting for the first dispatcher of 2012.

Also new for 2012 the kick off discussion will be conducted by the dispatcher. So in other words the monthly shows starting in 2012 will completely belong to the dispatcher as it should.
