E&P 2012 Schedule

The 2012 sessions will be available for signing up starting on December 18th. The seniority date for the January session will be December 31, 2011. So if you sign up before midnight on December 31st your seniority will count. Otherwise you are on a first come basis after those that signed up before the seniority cut off. The January session Call Board will be posted on January 8, 2012. All of this information is listed on the screen showing the schedule for 2012 which will be available on December 18th.

I am still planning to hold monthly 3rd Saturday sessions. But there will only be four 1st Wednesday night sessions in 2012. I'm doing this to allow more time for scenery installation. Hopefully in 2013 I will go back to monthly 1st Wednesday night sessions.

I'm also thinking about having an "upside down" session where the seniority will be reversed so I would fill the session from the lowest to the highest seniority just to give some folks that normally can not attend an opportunity. If or when this takes place is yet to be determined.
