Dispatcher position changes for 2012

Starting in 2012 the dispatcher will write his own orders. I will provide some blank "Form 19" forms and some carbon paper for this purpose.

Up to this point I have been writing these prior to the session and providing them to the dispatcher. But I think having the dispatcher write these will provide more to this position. I will still provide the dispatcher will an overview of non scheduled activities that he can use to write the orders.
