Ground Goop update

Checking on the Ground Goop in Furnace and Stanley I was surprised at how much it had settled. I guess I mixed it a little too thin. So another layer of Ground Goop was applied to several areas in Furnace and Stanley. (My mixture is more like thick batter than peanut butter and that is hard enough to work with.)

Next I mixed up some dirt road material (patching plaster and powdered paint) and applied the first coat to the road coming into Furnace.

I then assembled a tool to help me make wheel ruts in the dirt roads. This has two prongs spaced wheel distance from each other and about as thick as a 1925 car tire mounted on a handle. I will use this tool when I apply the second coat of dirt road material.

A picture of Furnace in its current state is on www.easton-and-potomac.com.
