Per Diem Windfall

Since E&P management received a per diem windfall from the last session they decided to go on a spending spree.

Among other purchases two Tsunami2 decoders, two Current Keepers and two sugar cube speakers were purchased to upgrade the two decapods.

Hopefully these upgrades along with all the other purchases will be in place for the next session.
