Back In The Train Room

It has been way too long since the last time I was in the train room for something other than maintenance or staging, July 19th to be exact.

Wednesday I decided to finish the station platforms for the three remaining small stations, Flat Top, Lacey Springs and Broadway.  This requires extending the plastic platform that came with the kit and then adding wood planking.  Once  these are done all of the small stations will be complete and only White Hall will be left to have platforms added.

As of today, Thursday, I have the platforms extended and painted and the wood cut and stained for the planking.  So tomorrow I should be able to start on the planking.  That should take one or two days.  (If Murphy stays away.)
