E&P management has decided to suspend the use of the Kipper for the next CEO move between White Hall and Thorny Point.

Maintenance issues with the Kipper are getting to the state that E&P management is seriously considering terminating the use of the Kipper.

A quality review of the run for the CEO at the next session will be evaluated to determine if terminating the Kipper is an option.
