Lynch River Progress

Back in the train room today for a few minutes.  Just enough time to install the rock ledge between the upper Lynch River and lower Lynch River.  With a little luck this ledge will get painted Sunday.  Then I will be ready to finished the lower Lynch River bed and do the final Envirotex pour for Lynch River.

However that will not be the end of the work in this area.  After the lower bed pour I will have to paint in the rapids and add the gloss medium to create the water movement.

If all goes well I hope it will look something like Rod Spangler's effort which you can see at http://richlawnrailroad.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/05/HowTo_DoAStream_RobSpangler.pdf.  Go to the end to see the finished result.  I hope Lynch River will come close to this.
