New Rotational Position

Starting with the 155th session this Saturday I have split the engineer positions into one for Passenger Service and two as Pool Engineers.

Starting with the use of timetable #23 that went into effect January (and seems to have been a great success) anyone who gets assigned to train #11 ends up with all of the passenger trains.  So to prevent someone from getting stuck with this assignment session after session I have added the Passenger Service engineer to the rotating positions.  This way everyone will get a chance to fill this assignment and no one will get stuck with this assignment.

This rotation will work the same way it does for all of the other rotating positions.  The position will be assigned to the attendee that has been the longest since they had it.
