E&P To Terminate Mail Express Service

E&P management announced today that it will discontinue it's express mail service to Hopkins Spring, Lacey Springs, Broadway, Furnace and Stanley at the end of this year.  Mail service to these communities will be provided by existing local passenger and mixed train service.  E&P management does not expect this change to affect mail service to the communities affected in any way while reducing operating costs.
