Pig Pens

Today I started on the Hood Brothers Packing pig pen.  The first order of business was to develop a template to guide the construction.  The picture below shows graph paper where the pig pen will go.

(The white graph paper outlines the dimensions of the Hood Brothers Packing pig pen.)

Once the template had been cut to size it moved to the workshop and the car locations were marked for the unloading areas.

(Three stock cars being used to determine the unloading areas.)

After these two critical dimensions were established I then drew in the platforms and ramps and fences.

Now it is on to construction!
