Today I finished programming all of the decoders for speed tables and to reduce the top speed of the engines. No more NASCAR on the E&P.
It went mostly well. A couple of the decoders acted up but they finally surrendered. The most difficult one was the dual decoder installation with a Digitrax DH142 and Soundtrax DSX824209 that required reading the Digitrax manual. But after that reading this combo also surrendered.
So one of two things will happen at the next session. Either everything will run under the new parameters or nothing will go right. I wonder which it will be?
After the programming marathon I moved back to scenery and started on the road work in Hood. I didn't like my first attempt and so I am now on the second attempt. This road repair should be completed before the next session.
I will probably also get back to trees this week. Hopefully I will not have the same result as Dick.
