E&P Management Message

It has come to the attention of E&P management that several employees have taken advantage of management's kind and generous day off holiday offer.  Instead of spending this time with their families and loved ones, as suggested by E&P management, they instead took this opportunity to obtain compensation at another railroad.

Because of this E&P management feels they need to bring attention to the E&P employment contract that states any compensation E&P employees receive outside of E&P employment is the property of the E&P and must be forfeited to E&P management.  Therefore upon reporting for your next assignment any of the E&P employees that violated E&P management's kindness and trust will bring with them any compensation received from the WM and deliver it immediately to E&P management.

Based on the actions of these employees, no further day's off will be forthcoming from E&P management.

(After hearing about this violation of trust and kindness, the CEO is contemplating doing away with the employee's food allowance.)
