Passenger Equipment Undergoes Maintenance

After the issues we had with #21 at the last OPS session I decided to take a look at all of the passenger equipment, especially the trucks to make sure they were free rolling.  Quite a few were not free rolling.  One had a loose wheel!  And one had a broken coupler support.

All of the passenger trucks have been lubricated with some dry lubricant, any dirty wheels cleaned, any loose wheels glued back in place and any broken coupler supports repaired.  Hopefully this will help with #21's load.  (This and a qualified engineer.)
