The Southern Biscuit Company announced today it is building an FFV (Famous Foods of Virginia) plant in White Hall to be serviced by the Easton And Potomac Railroad. While no date was given for the opening of this plant Southern Biscuit Company executives speculated it would be within the next couple of months.
