Since the scenery landforms had been completed before the completion of the Brook signal tower I had to go back and do some modifications. The pictures below document that process.
Excavation is complete and the new foundation for the cement block has been secured in place.
Next step was to reinstall the plaster wrap. (The cardboard square on the left is the locator block for the switch tower building.)
Normally the next step would be the gypsolite but all of that was in the garage in a very large tub and I didn't fell like moving the car to get to it. So I used some ground goop instead.
After the ground goop dries I can install the cement pad for the stairs, then apply some static grass, ground foam and bushes and finally the stairs and then all will be done!
