The E&P CEO after seeing the new AGEIR 60 ton box cab stated "It is ugly and I don't want to see any more of these things. E&P is committed to steam!" After being told it was the only solution to the Thorny Point issue she stated "We should have moved the railroad!". Luckily #94 will be moved to Thorny Point (where it will be out of the daily sight of the CEO) and replace #33. #33 will be moved to White Hall and take on passenger switching duties there. (It was the intention from the beginning to have two switchers in White Hall, one for freight work and one for passenger work.)
