Puttin On The Treads

Still working on Brooke switch tower and today I tackled the stairs.

This is the jig/guide I used to make installation of the treads a little quicker.

The stairs complete and being test fitted to the tower.

The kit shows (on the overall switch tower page) the stairs going up to a platform turning and going up again.  However there were no parts for the platform or turn.  The kit also shows (on the stair assembly page) the stairs going straight to the tower as shown above.  But the railings don't fit when they are built this way so I will have to do some modification to the railings.  This has been a FUN kit!
