E&P management has decided to implement an apprentice program to allow attendees that have never operated on the layout to do so.
The way the program will work is if a new comer signs up for a session the crew size will be expanded by one and they will be given a slot at the session. After their inaugural session they will then go into the standard seniority process. If more than one new comer signs up for a session the apprentice slot will be filled on a first-come first-served basis.
The first apprentice for this new process will be William Reed at the June 15th session.
