I decided to go with the under cabinet florescents. So today I purchased a 250ft spool of 18/2 lamp cord and a 100ft 16/3 extension cord along with some junction boxes and some NM/SE connectors. The extension cord will be used for the main buss and the 18/2 lamp cord will be used to wire in the individual lamps. (I know I am not running a ground to the lamps but it really is not needed if they are wired properly.)
Upon returning home I installed the main buss to Thorny Point and wired up (temporarily) one lamp. Once the Saturday session is over I will wire up the rest of Thorny Point and then probably wait until after the next session before proceeding.
