Scenery Update

First Broadway.  I got the ballast down on the logging interchange track today so it should be ready for the zip texturing tomorrow.  (Have I mentioned I hate ballasting?)

I then moved on to applying some vegetation to the helix just east of Brooke.

In the picture below I am applying the reindeer moss.

Tomorrow I should be able to get the reindeer moss covered with green ground foam.

I used to paint and then apply the ground foam to the moss before applying the moss to the layout but the ground foam did not stay on the moss very well. So I now apply the moss to the layout and then paint it with diluted white glue and press the ground foam into it. This works much better for me.
