The Glen Allen car shop notified E&P management that sixteen cars (5 EIC refers, 1 HB refer and 10 E&P box cars) will be delivered to White Hall before the end of this week. This will complete all but five E&P box cars in an order that was placed by E&P management over a year ago.
The delivery of the ten E&P box cars should relieve a shortage that has caused E&P management to use foreign cars to meet customer demands.
