I actually had enough dry transfer numbers to number all ten cars!
The picture below shows the jig I used as a guide for applying the numbers. A similar jig was used on the ends. A picture of the two finished versions is on www.easton-and-potomac.com.
Tomorrow I will give them one more review and then apply a couple of coats of dull spray. Then they go back into the shop for weights and final assembly.
However I can't seem to find my sheet of lead. It's funny how the largest items seem to be the hardest to find. The closed door cars will only need stick on weights but the open door cars will most likely need the sheet lead to line the floor so the weight is not visible when the door is open. That is if I can find it.
