Another Warm Day . . .

. . . and I was able to get the clear coat on the final five box cars so now all are ready for decaling.

I also finished (I think) the new E&P rule book. It has been posted to www.easton-and-potomac.com under Rules & Regulations in the left sidebar.

If anyone finds errors or has suggestions (other than destroying it) please let me know. I plan to make this available on the Dispatcher's laptop. I also plan to print out the example orders for easy reference by the Dispatcher. And I will be placing a summary of the pertinent sections for each position on the website.
