Enough with the trees already!

During a blog posting back on September 20th I went through the initial process of making pine trees. This posting will take you through the remaining steps for making pine trees.

In the picture below I have sprayed the armature with hair spray and I am now applying the sisal twine.

Below are the armatures with the sisal twine applied. Next is to paint these brown.

Here are the armatures painted brown and ready for flocking.

Another spraying with hair spray and the armatures are ready to be flocked.

After the flocking the trees are painted a moss green and then highlighted with basil green. The 25 trees below are completed pine trees.
Along with these 25 pine trees I also flocked another 60 or so deciduous trees. To see the inventory of trees from the last three days of flocking go to easton-and-potomac.com.
