Hood Brothers Refers

Today I started the process of applying the decals to the Hood Brothers Packing refers. To say it didn't go as well as hoped for would be a gross understatement. Even with four coats of protective spray over the ink jet decal, the ink still ran, the decals curled, the film appears to be too thick and getting them to settle down against the side of the car has been a chore. I am looking at 40%-50% spoilage if the first car side is any indication. Tomorrow I will try to get the decal to at least settle down against the car side and then apply a dull over coat to see if I am going to continue with this process or punt and go with black dry transfers.
