E&P buys land in Broadway for CEO's house

The CEO informed the superintendent that she had the company purchase a track of land in Broadway for a personal residence. After hearing this the superintendent did a survey of the tack arrangement in Broadway. It was determined (even through it would inconvenience the train crews) that sufficient trackage existed to store the CEO's car while she was in residence. (But then who cares about the train crews?)

Good to see that E&P management have read the classic management manual.
