53rd OPS session

Thursday night I held the 53rd OPS session and the first using the weekend timetable "W". I believe this is a good short session timetable and will probably continue to use it for night sessions. (This timetable can be seen on www.easton-and-potomac.com under the Operations section.)

Wayland (who was engineer for #5 the mail express) pointed out to E&P management that the turnaround time in Stanley was 30 minutes and only 25 minutes in Broadway where there was much more work to do. Management reviewed the situation and agrees with Wayland that the turnaround time in Broadway should be much greater than the turnaround time in Stanley given the amount of work to be done in each place. So management has reduce the turnaround time in Stanley to 5 minutes. Management wants to thank Wayland for bringing this inefficiency to its attention. Have a nice day.

Pictures of the session are on www.easton-and-potomac.com under the Special Sessions area of the OPS Photos.
