Timetable #14 to take effect at 12:01 est on 7.18

E&P management today approved timetable #14 for use starting at 12:01 eastern standard time on July 18th just in time for the 51st OPS session. The changes between this and the previous timetable are; 1-removal of speed restrictions on all bridges, 2-removal of all clearance restrictions on the decapods and 3-the elimination of a scheduled stop at Swift Run for east bound trains. The elimination of this stop for trains coming up the hill will prevent the possibility of not being able to get the train moving again and having to back all the way to Hood to get restarted. Also since no one ever obeyed this requirement eliminating probably will not have much effect.
